1 box cake mix ( I used butter pecan)
3 eggs, room temp, beaten
1 can pie filling ( I used apple)
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 9×13 pan
In a mixing bowl dump cake mix, eggs, and pie filling. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Place in greased 9×13 pan
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Test with toothpick.
This is one of those cakes that doesn’t need to be frosted unless you want to.
This is one of moistest cakes I’ve ever had. I found the recipe on pinterest and it claims to be an old Amish recipe. The possibilities are endless!!:)
