Beef Burgundy stew

I’m not really good at using recipes I’m more of a little bit of this a little bit of that and oh ya don’t forget this! Haha! So I had to go back in the kitchen and recreate what I did this morning kind of like returning to the scene of the crime. So here goes….
In a crock pot place 1 package of supreme stew meat. Lightly dust the meat with flour and pepper. Add a 3 carrots cut into slices. Add 2 potato’s cubed. Cover your meat and veggies with beef broth, about 3 cans(4cups). Add 1 4oz can of tomato sauce and 1/4 to 1/2 cups of red wine. I used two buck chuck merlot. After all of that’s in the pot sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup of quick cook (minute) tapioca. This thickens your sauce without adding any flavor what so ever. Set crock pot on low 8 hours. 30 minutes before it’s ready add one can of peas. I served it with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and warm biscuits w/ butter and honey. ENJOY!!
