Strawberry margarita cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 18 muffin cups

1 pkg. White cake mix
3 egg whites
2 TBSP veggie oil
Beat in 1 1/3 cups of strawberry margarita mix the kind with the alcohol included. You can use the non alcoholic also
Bake 18 to 20 minutes
Cool for ten minutes and then remove cupcakes from pan and let cool completely.

LIME FROSTING

1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks) room temperature
1 (16oz) box of confectioners’ sugar
Beat together.
Add 3 TBSP lime juice
And 2 tsp lime zest to sugar and butter beat
Top with some rim sugar, umbrella and straw.:)
