BLACKBERRY MARGARITA CUPCAKES

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Line cupcake tin(s)

In mixing bowl add,
1 box of white cake mix
3 room temp egg whites
3/4- cup margarita mix with or without tequila
1/2-cup blackberry liquor
1/3- cup veggie oil
Beat on low for 30 seconds,scrape sides and continue beating for 2 minutes on medium
Place 1/4- cup batter in each liner
Bake on 350 degrees for 17-21 minutes
Cool in tin for 10 minutes, remove and continue cooling

Blackberry butter cream

1-1/2 cups butter, softened
1-lb confectioner sugar
3-Tbsp blackberry liquor
2- Tbsp lime juice
Beat all together
frost cupcakes and top with a large fresh blackberry and a straw!!
