Slow and low Pot Roast


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
In a hot pan sear all 4 sides of pot roast dusted with a little garlic salt. Place in a Dutch oven or deep baking dish. Place your veggies around roast. I used red potato’s and carrots. Add 2 cups of beef broth. Cover, place in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 225 degrees and continue to cook for 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
