Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
1-Tbsp Dijon mustard
Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Add meat. Place in fridge for about an 1/2 an hour. If marinating fish do not marinate only for a half an hour!!
ENJOY!!!
Reserve left over marinade and pour into small sauce pan, cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until liquid gets thick. Glaze finished meat!!:)
