Hub’s Hamburgers

1 pound 85/15 ground beef
1/4 cup KC masterpiece BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp onion flakes
1 Tbsp garlic flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Form burgers (3-4) and let rest in fridge for at least 3 hours.
BBQ until cooked. Top with 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 slice pepper jack, melt.
Grill onion buns until lightly toasted.
Top with all you favorite fixings.
