Chicken Alfredo Potat’O


Bake potato’s at 425 degrees, until tender
Cut up 1-1/2 pounds of chicken breast tenders, cubed.
Place chicken in warm skillet until cooked. Turn to low. Add either a jar of Alfredo sauce or homemade Alfredo sauce.
Alfredo Recipe
1/2 cup butter
1-8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 oz Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Melt butter, add cream cheese and garlic,stir with whisk till smooth, add milk a little at a time. Add Parmesan and pepper. Heat until desired thickness, remove from heat.
Add Alfredo sauce to skillet with chicken. Cook broccoli add to skillet.
Remove potato’s from oven, slice. Stuff with Alfredo mixture and top wit a sprinkle of cheese.
