Easy Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla’s


In a crockpot place 3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts add 1 cup of you favorite salsa cook on low 6 hours.
Shred chicken and set aside.
In a pan or on a griddle place 1 tortilla, add your favorite shredded cheese on top. Place your already cooked and shredded chicken atop cheese. Place one tortilla on top. Cook until all cheese is melted.
Slice and serve with guacamole and sour cream.
