Fry up hamburger meat with 1 clove minced garlic.
Add hamburger meat to your sauce either homemade or jar you choice, reserving 1/4 cup a sauce for the bottom of your baking dish. Set aside
In a bowl beat 1 egg. Add 1 container of ricotta cheese, 1-2 Tbsp of pesto sauce and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese mix all together until combined. Set aside.
Boil your lasagna noodles or use the no-boil noodles your choice. If using the non- boil noodles make you lasagna a few hours ahead of time and place in fridge.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In the deepest 9×13 baking dish you have place the 1/4 cup of sauce you reserved on the bottom, then noodles, then ricotta mixture, then meat sauce and last a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella. Continue to layer till at the top of baking dish.
Tent with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes more. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
