2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
2-1/2 cups brown sugar
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 TBSP cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
In a large pot melt butter over medium heat. Add brown and powdered sugar, mix until combined well. Remove from heat, whisk in ice cream, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Seal in container and place in freezer.
In a coffee mug, add 1 Tbsp hot buttered rum batter. Add a shot of spiced rum, fill with hot water. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
