White Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Cookies


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups unsifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cups macadamia nuts, rough chopped

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time and beat well. Blend flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chips, nuts and coconut. Drop by one teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets or parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!!;)
Made about 5 dozen cookies!!:)
