Peaches and Cream Cheesecake



Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan with parchment paper lightly sprayed with nonstick spray and set aside.
Peach filling
In a large sauce pan
6-8 large peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4 inch slice
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp sugar
Cook on medium high, covered stirring occasional until sugar is dissolved about 5 minutes. Uncover, cook about 5 minutes more until sauce thickens. Let cool completely.

2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
Combine crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and stir till all crumbs are coated. Press into the bottom of prepared pan and 1/4 inch up sides. Place in freezer while you make rest cheesecake batter.

4-8 oz blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1-1/3 cups sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 eggs room temperature
1 cup sour cream
In mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, about 4-5 minutes. Add sugar, cornstarch and vanilla continue to beat until all combined. Turn mixer to lowest setting add eggs one at a time beating until just combined. By hand stir in sour cream gently. Pour 1/2 batter over crust, pour peach filling on top of cheesecake batter, then top with rest of batter. Bake for 75 minutes until center is slightly jigglie. Let cool on rack 15 minutes. Run knife around edges continue to let cool another 45 minutes. Place in fridge for at least 3-4 hours before serving. ENJOY!!;) ๐Ÿ™‚

Butchs Bbq Chicken Sauce


In a sauce pan on low add
1/2 cup butter
1/4 white wine
1/8 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tbsp diced garlic
1/8 cup chopped parsley
Warm on low until butter is melted.
BBQ chicken and in the last 15 minutes begin basting chicken with sauce. Serve the remaining sauce over white rice.

Chocolate Chip PeanutButter Blossom


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

48 Hershey kisses, unwrapped
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup creamy PeanutButter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Beat shortening and peanut butter in a large bowl. Add sugar and brown sugar beat until fluffy. Add Egg,milk and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, gradually add to peanut butter mixture and stir till combined. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and place kiss in middle. Move to cooling rack and let cool completely.

Chocolate Covered Banana Cake


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2-13×9 pans, set aside.

4 cups sugar
3-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups mashed banana
1 cup milk
1 cup veggie oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups hot water.

In large bowl whisk together sugar,flour, cocoa powder, baking soda ย and salt, set aside.
In large bowl whisk together eggs, banana, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in hot water. Add the wet to dry in a mixer bowl and mix on low. Pour batter into your already prepared pans splitting batter between the two pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes in pan, turn out let cool completely.

Banana filling
1 lrg box banana instant pudding
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Put all ingredients in bowl of a mixer. Whisk until becomes thick. Let thicken 5 minutes in fridge.

Chocolate Whipped cream frosting
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
In bowl of mixer whip until desired consistency of stiff peaks.

Place on layer of cake and then top with banana filling. Place second layer of cake on top. Set in fridge for at least an hour. Frost and decorate as you like.

Kiss Cupcakes


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Your favorite chocolate cake recipe or 1 box of chocolate cake mix

Make batter and place in lined cupcake tins and bake 18-20 minutes. Pull out oven, set on racks. Place 1 Hershey’s kiss into the top of each cupcake. Let cool in tins about 10-15 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

1/2 cup butter, softened
4-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
5-6 Tbsp milk
Beat butter till fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk continue to beat until right consistency.
