Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2-13×9 pans, set aside.
4 cups sugar
3-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 cups mashed banana
1 cup milk
1 cup veggie oil
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups hot water.
In large bowl whisk together sugar,flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In large bowl whisk together eggs, banana, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in hot water. Add the wet to dry in a mixer bowl and mix on low. Pour batter into your already prepared pans splitting batter between the two pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes in pan, turn out let cool completely.
1 lrg box banana instant pudding
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Put all ingredients in bowl of a mixer. Whisk until becomes thick. Let thicken 5 minutes in fridge.
Chocolate Whipped cream frosting
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
In bowl of mixer whip until desired consistency of stiff peaks.
Place on layer of cake and then top with banana filling. Place second layer of cake on top. Set in fridge for at least an hour. Frost and decorate as you like.
