2 boxes white cake mix
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp strawberry lemonade Crystal light liquid drink mix
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp red-red food coloring
1 tsp blue raspberry Crystal light liquid drink mix
1/2 cup royal blue food coloring.

Inside Frosting
2 cups butter, room temp.
4 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
4 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp clear vanilla

Outside frosting
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 TBSP sugar
4 tsp vanilla
Strawberries and blueberries for decorating

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3-9 inch round cake pans. On low beat cake mix, 2 cups water, egg whites and oil, until blended. 1 minute. On medium beat 2-3 minutes until thickened and smooth. Place 2-1/2 cups batter in one cake pan (white cake).
Place 2-1/2 cups batter in a bowl add gently stir in strawberry lemonade crystal light and red food coloring and place in second cake pan (red cake).
Add blue raspberry drink mix and blue food coloring to remaining batter and place in third cake pan (blue cake)
Bake white and red layer 30 minutes and blue layer 35-40 minutes, or until toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely IN pans on racks.
Inside Frosting
On medium speed, beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy, 2 minutes. On low gradually beat in sugar, then vanilla and 3 Tbsp water until blended. On medium-low beat until fluffy.
Cut a 4-1/2 inch wide, round template from cardboard. Remove cakes from pans. Cut white and red cake horizontally in half. Place 1 white cake layer on cake board top with inside frosting and place 1 red layer in top, set aside. Place template on to of blue layer and cut out circle from top of blue cake. Place remaining red layer on top of remaining white layer and cut circle out of top of red and white layer. Saving center circle. Place blue cake ring on top of red and white layer that was set aside adding frosting on top of red layer to hold blue ring on. Place red and white stacked circle cut out into hole of blue ring,Frosting top and sides of completed stacked cake (crumb coat). Place in fridge for 1 hour or overnight to firm up and set.
In bowl of mixer add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla beat until stiff peaks form. Frost and decorate as desired.
