Avocado and Tomato Salad


2-3 large ripe tomatoes
1-2 ripe avocado
Seasoning salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine.
1/4 of purple onion diced.
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar

In a bowl add sliced tomato, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil and toss. Drizzle with vinegar and toss. Let rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. Add avocado, toss. Taste test. Sprinkle more salt, pepper or vinegar if needed.
