French Onion Dip


2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 large Vidalia onions, diced
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup Johnny’s French dip au jus
8 oz sour cream
8 oz whipped cream cheese
Worcester sauce to taste

In a sauté pan on low place oil and butter. Once butter is melted add onions, stir to coat in oil and butter. Caramelize onions stirring every so often till a nice golden brown about 30-35 minutes. Pour au jus sauce in with onions and stir to coat, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let onions cool. Pour onions in bowl. Add sour cream and cream cheese. Stir until all is combined well. Sprinkle Worcester sauce a little at a time till you get a flavor that you enjoy. Serve with potato chips.
