Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake tins with cupcake papers.
Graham cracker layer
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Place 2 Tbsp of mixture into bottom of cupcake liners. Press down and bake 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
For the cupcake layer I used my Chocolate cake recipe.
Pour batter on top of bake crumbs until liners are 2/3 of the way full. Bake 18-20 minutes. Let cool in tins for 10 minutes remove from tins and let cool completely.
Marshmallow Butter Cream
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 jar of marshmallow fluff
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
In bowl of mixer whip butter till fluffy. Add marshmallow fluff and mix till combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until frosting is the consistency you desire.
Frost and decorate however you would like!!
