I-1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cups evaporated milk
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 cups (9oz) chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
Prepare 8×8 pan by lining with parchment paper.

In a medium sauce pan place sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil stir constantly on Medium heat. Continue stirring over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate, nuts and vanilla stirring until all is melted. Place in prepared pan and let rest in fridge at least 2 hours. Slice and ENJOY!!:)
