Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 loaf pan and set aside
In bowl of mixer add
1 cup mashed banana
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
Beat on medium speed until well combined.
1 cup cinnamon chips
Stir in by hand. Place in prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center removes clean. ENJOY!!:)
1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In bowl of mixer with dough hook attachment….
Combine yeast, water, olive oil and salt, stir well. Let set for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add half of the flour to you mixing bowl with dough hook on speed 2 mix until incorporated. Add rest of flour and continue on speed 2 until a smooth elastic ball has formed. Turn dough in a lightly oiled bowl and flip dough once, Cover with a damp tea towel and let rise at least 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and form into four balls. Let rest 15 minutes on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Roll into 4 six inch circles. Fill half of the circle with whatever toppings you like and lots of cheese. Fold other half of the circle over and crimp with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 475 degree oven for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown. I like to enjoy mine with marinara sauce to dip in. ENJOY!! 🙂
In a stock pot
64 ounces vegetable broth
2 ounces tomato sauce
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can diced carrots, drained
1 can Lima beans, drained
1 cup alphabet noodles
Place everything in your stock pot, bring it to a boil. Turn heat down to low place lid on pot and let simmer 60 minutes.
Grease sides and bottom of one 9 inch round deep dish pie pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1/4 cup butter,melted
1 cup milk
1-1/4 cups yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 pieces of bacon, cooked crispy
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 green onions, diced
Melt butter and place in a small mixing bowl, Add milk and egg. Whisk until combined well.
In a small bowl place corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. stir till combined and then add to wet ingredients. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened, Batter will be lumpy. Stir in bacon, cheese and green onion.
Pour into prepared pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. ENJOY
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 cans (10-1/2 ounce) cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups diced carrots (canned)
2 cups peas (canned)
1 cup diced potatoes (canned)
you can use a frozen veggie mixed thawed if you like
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 package refrigerated biscuits (8-10)
1 deep dish pie pan
Stir the soup, milk, pepper, carrots, peas, potatoes and chicken in a small bowl. Pour mixture into deep dish pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the mixture and then arrange biscuits on top. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. ENJOY! 🙂
